The Burnham Avenue Railroad Crossing Study is being led by the Village of Burnham, in partnership with the Cook County Department of Transportation and Highways (DoTH). To ensure that the project will be a collaborative effort, a Project Study Group (PSG) will be formed that consists of government agencies and railroads with infrastructure that will be potentially impacted by the improvements, as well as the project consultants. This group will meet periodically during the Phase I process to provide technical expertise and oversight of the project.
